Well, at this stage an MP isn't really of much use. You should have the refusal letter in a bit, so order the notes yourself and get an idea of what went on at the interview from the IO's POV.

Decision Made How Long B4 I Get A Passport Request & How Long Does It Take For Them To Issue The Visa

That depends on what office you are going through. It takes about a week to two weeks for them to contact you for PPR and, again depending on your visa office, a week to two weeks to issue the visa and return the passport.

it is being done @ the buffalo visa office

Then if you have a DM from Buffalo, you should be checking your email for a PPR. Buffalo and London mainly send PPR via email, it is very rare for them to actually call someone. Turnaround time for them to issue the visa is 15 business days, according to Buffalo.

Been realy quite lately.

Yep. Most of the folks from the "faster" offices are done, so it's just the long-haul folks like myself still about. I don't expect to hear anything until 2012, so...*shrugs*

Yup, always have to hope for the best. :)

CharlieD10 and Calgary-Bound you have company. We are still waiting but I have found out our lawyer didn't send nearly 30 documents. All which pertain to the 12 month period the VO was looking for.

I am so mad I am beside myself. And his attempts at covering it up are ridiculous. I think we can safely say at this point I know the Canadian lawyer code of conduct better than he does. Idiot even wrote an email telling us "we were smart women". Oh, he11 no. And this guy came with a sterling reputation.

I can only hope the VO takes pity on us.
