They don't. We tracked only by Canada Post.

So I'm trying to log in and its NOT working :-( I also checked the processing times and it still shows march 2nd....I'm trying to clear my cache and cookies- will that help? I got a delivery notice for Feb 8th from UPS....maybe our file is lost? any suggestions anyone?

UDATE: so I think I cleared my cookies/cache and the date shown for updates is STILL March 2nd....what am I doing wrong?
