Our status also changed to DM prior to MR. We also have the same NOC.
Let's wait for the official letter from VO and hope that it the outcome will still be positive.

hi all got DECISION MADE before they put the real in process made and before the medicals.......it means rejection?

Details hereunder:

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on April 7, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

its different on each V.O.

in manila visa office it takes about 1-6months nowadays

Usually it takes 4-6 weeks. Micham, have you got any letter from VO? Have you sent any query?

Its very tough to say. However, I am hopeful as many such cases proved to be system glitch. Since many such queries are going to visa office, this has become common for visa offices and thus they are not replying. Wait and pray. May Almighty save you.

A few people told here that they had DM but after a few days went to IP status automatically. Please explore the posts from this thread:

There are few IDs in Bangladesh who have got DM many days ago, you can contact them, bro:

Were you asked to send the updated documents and form from your VO?

Hi Friends,

I have come back to this forum after a long long time.I submitted my documents to Buffalo and twice my life was made tough.After the initial submission of my documents they asked me to submit a proof that I am legal in USA.I submitted that and then after one year they refused my application telling me that I do not have sufficient points to qualify for immigration.Hence ,they sent me letter saying that my application has been closed.I was very sure that I have enough points for immigration.From then onwards,I started sending emails to buffalo.I did detail analysis of my points and mentioned evrything in the email.I said that I can resubmit my documents if there is any confusion.Finally after I sent 10 emails,I got their reply, please wait for correspondece.Finally,I got a letter from them telling me that I have qualified and now my interview has been waived off but if its required they can call me.They have asked me to submit medicals and updated copy of FBI.So as of now I am in the process of getting my updated FBI and medicals done.


Does any one know's How much time it takes after you have submitted medical and FBI copy to move to the next stage.?
