Just a query? is it possible for me to transfer to another VO? I requested London office and i want to tranfer to Manila Philippines.What i am going to do? Pls. advice. Thanks.

But i think since u have received ur AOR, u can put a case specific inquiry to CIC NS & CHC London.

We do have original transcripts but dont have in sealed university covers. We are planning to send notarized copies of transcripts. I read somewhere that this idea worked for poster.

I have not yet gathered all my documents. Here is a status of where I am.
1. US PCC - I send the mail with the fingerprint card on Feb 14. Still awaiting. No ETA.
2. Indian PCC - Applied on Feb 20. Passports and letter expected on Apr 5.
3. Experience letters - Yet to reach by Apr 15 as they are being sent by regular post.
4. IELTS - Wish me all the best as it is on Apr 10.
6. Original transcripts - Since I am in US and I have no one in Mumbai to get one, I will probably notarize my BE marks certificate.
7. Printouts and signing of all the forms - TBD after giving the IELTS.

I am going to put another topic on the forum on what are the alternatives without an original transcripts. I am in US and there is no one in Mumbai to get the transcripts. I have all my BE Mark sheet with me. I checked the Indian embassy and they talk about attestation. Will that be better than just getting notarized? Seniors can also reply over here and it can be of help.

I started collecting documents to be submitted to the Buffalo office. Do we need to get the official transcript from University / College or is Notarized copies of the marklist and degree certificates enough?

@immicanada09 - Notarized is acceptable in most Visa Office.

@candiur - Attestation is a form of notarization by the embassy.

@ desfer - Yes, its better to do this early on. Write a letter addressed to the program manager of your visa office requesting your transfer. (got this from previous PMM reply from the same query.)

@manek - yes you can use notarized copy of your ToR (Transcript of Records) and diploma for that matter.

How to send bunch of documents to visa office? I mean in a file containing plastic folders, or spiral binding, or with Upin of separate documents or...??

i think my duties are not enough

i feel depressed

after 10th of April nobody can apply without ielts

i still not ready with ielts and I'm afraid because they will make some changes in NOC next months

thanks for the update big mike. i have a question. im in the process of submitting full docs to my local embassy. ill be printing again the forms. can i change some of the details? my husband just graduated last march on his second course and would like to update the form under education. will i just change it outright or attach a letter mentioning such change? or any changes for that matter. thanks!!!

I didn't yet get my AOR while my application was received by nova scotia on 02-02-10. i applied under 0111 category. It is almost 2 months.

Can anyone calculate my point on the basis of following information.

AGE 35
Exp 08 years
Education MBA-Finance ( 16 years of education )
Spouse Master ( 16 years of education )
Relative Brother in canada
IELTS (Speaking 5.5, Writing 5.5, Reading 4.0, Listening 4.5 )
