Wondering if there are any Feb/March/April 2010 FSW applicants left to receive Medical Requests from CHC , New Delhi? If yes, lets join together and discuss.....

I would advise that, people who all completed 37 after their 2nd stage and still awaiting for MR only suggested to upload their details... Otherwise no point of maintaining a saperat thread...

I would advise that, people who all completed 37 after their 2nd stage and still awaiting for MR only suggested to upload their details... Otherwise no point of maintaining a saperat thread...

I have completed 38 months from the date of final document submission. Maybe we should maintain a spread sheet for an easy track of our delayed cases. But unfortunately I am not that good with spread sheets. Anybody who is good at it?

also share your recent CAIPS or GCMS report here. this will help to understand the common reason for delay.

I contact to my consultant he told me that this delay is due to travel history
As I worked in Dubai for more than 5 years

May not be right in all the cases because i never traveled out of india.

Hi All

I don't want to create any panic among you guys. I remember there are posts by some members few months back ( i don't have links now if i find i will send you ) wherein they pointed out that they received refusals becoz of Non Compliance with Medical Request send to them on their respective emails . But these people stated that they never received any emails . I really hope & wish that wan't be in your's cases but to be on the safer side for ascertaining the things please try to send them Case Specific Inquiry or Order CAIPS to check if everything is perfect with the case progress.

May not be right in all the cases because i never traveled out of india.
