You are right amit bro it all depends upon the luck of person .......inspite of all this their r many students which got visa from reputed university bt they may not get PR............
bro i just advised him to check again because its NOT a Canadian university. and my advise was all in good faith. didn't mean to be negative about anything really... :-X

75% visa depend upon luck but if u listen my profile u ll get shock tht my visa rejected two times even my studies match proper with course nd there is no problm in funds
