Pls guide me..How can i get PCC from FBI .
They gor my req on 19 dec ..Now 8 weeks is over .


I got below reply from them .


Thank you for your inquiry. I checked your information and did not find it in our database at this time. It is currently taking 8-9 weeks from the date we receive your information to complete the process and it remains in security for 5 of those weeks.

im also in India.I had been in USA for 2yrs .

so in ur case almost 11weeks taken right .Any idea about the dd encashed date ,and after
how many weeks u got the pcc

If you are in the US, I would definitely use an FBI channeler to produce the pcc. Depending how close an office is to you, you can have it done same day. If you're mailing it, it can be done in as little time as 1 week.
