Hi guys and girls,

I have a simple question and can not find a clear answer. I visited to the US 3 times with B1/B2 tourist visa, and my visits are:
1) 10 days;
2) 5 months;
3) 2 months

So, total is more than 7 months, Should I apply for US PCC? One of the Canadian lawyers told me that I don't need PCC because I didn't have a regular address and all visits were for traveling reasons, but some friends are telling I have to send required documents as of now as it may take up to 3 months to process. What do you guys think? Did someone have this kind of experience? Your answer would truly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!

Yes.
For example: if you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate. - cic

Hi guys,
Would greatly appreciate your inputs for the following queries I had about getting the FBI PCC,
1. For fingerprinting, do we have an option of a digital copy, or just the ink-based prints work fine?
2. Do you recommend any good fingerprinting service in the Vancouver/Burnaby area? I'm planning to request the PCC from here next week.

Thanks!

If doing paper/ink based (In case no digital available)... make multiple fingerprint forms per person and ship it together. This is highly recommended.

My friend's CC got charged today. Application got delivered on April 13th.
My CC too just got charged. Application was delivered on April 13th.

We have got almost similar score in IElts & CRS.
Mine got delivered on April 26th. I am hoping to receive it by July 2nd week hopefully.
Oh great! Did you already receive the ITA? Or you are on "The mighty 66th draw" wait list?

Spoke to them today in the morning and they mentioned that the are processing the packages received on April 14th and opening the ones received on April 17th.

Mine was delivered April 15th, but its considered April 17th because it was a Saturday. It is showing up on their list, but since I did not send CC details and made a standing order, I do not know if it has been charged or not.

I made a money order as well just to be on the safe side. That's 100% guarantee. No need to worry about credit card rejection.

whom did you call, can anyone share me the number to call, I sent the package on april 26th might be received by them by 27 or 28th. so when could I expect mine to get processed ?
