Call FBI and ask if you can mail in another CC, but I am afraid that maybe too late. Trying calling, then email the new cc form and appeal to them to consider your case. Don't give up, send multiple emails to plead your case. If they say no, then you will have to send in another application, email again and explain your situation and hope they can help expedite it, sometimes they could be compassionate.SachinKaushik said:Hi, i applied during february 2016 and my card was charged a week ago and the transaction failed. My provincial nomination expires next month. Should i send another application form with updated credit card (last one had OTP setting and i think thats why it failed) ? Any help is appreciated
Anywhere from 10 to 20 days.canada_visa said:Thanks.Anyone else who can share their expercience regarding PCC timelines to reach india.
Did you both live in the US for a cumulative six months or more?schmoozedy said:Hi
Is a PCC required for both me an my spouse?
You don't have to have stayed there for 6 months at a stretch, you just need a cumulative six months there. If you and your wife have both stayed there for a total of six months, then yes, you and your wife both need FBI PCCs. If only you have stayed there for six months or more, then only you need the FBI PCC.canada_visa said:I stayed once for 5.5 months and then for 4.5 months but not at a stretch for six months.
