As of right now, I intend to apply in March. The documentation I have to support my case is the receipt showing that I sent my request to the FBI in on November 7, a print out of a screencap of their website saying that it takes over 16 weeks to process applications, and a letter I have from me declining a previous ITA from CIC (which I declined for PCC related reasons). I will also attach a Letter of Explanation to make my case. The case I intend to make is as follows:
a) I sent in my request for an FBI PCC on November 7, right upon receiving my OINP nomination;
b) I received my first ITA on November 17; I held on to it until January 11, which was pushing it to the very end (the deadline was January 13), and upon it being clear that I would not have the PCC, I declined the ITA
c) I received my new ITA on January 13
d) I am holding on to this one until March, the very end of the 60 day grace period- if at the time I still do not have an FBI PCC, I will have not only sent my request to the FBI way before time, but also have declined an ITA once already, and coming dangerously close to letting the second one expire, as well as coming very close to letting my PNP expire (which it does in April). In this case, I have gone beyond all reasonable measures and timeframes waiting for the FBI to get their *censored word* together, and am now left with no chance but to apply and request for an extension alongside
Do you think it is a strong case to make? Do I have all supporting documents as well?
