FBI Report from a visit to US on visitors visa

Hello,

FBI website says that omitting social security number may slow down the processing; as if they move very quickly in the first place. My question is what should one do who's only visited US on visitors visa and didn't get social security number (SSN).

EE crs scores have moved downwards quickly (I did not expect it :-[) and I might be getting in ITA hopefully in the next 2-3 draws, but I'm only now applying for FBI reports. What should I do for my wife who's only visited USA and didn't have a SSN; is there anything I can do so that it does not slow down her report. Should I attach a copy of her passport or is that unnecessary.

Even if u dont have social security number that will not affect ur application.Currently FBI takes 10-12 weeks to process FBI PCC.Please apply to FBI pcc asap and by the time u get ITA and not able to provide FBI pcc just write LOE that u have submitted the application for FBI PCC and attach the evidence like courier receipt and the card on which u took ur finger prints. On this basis they will give another 60 days extension to submit fbi pcc.
