Also I m really thinking to put a usa address of someone I know of that can scan and give me resuLtd easily. Coz usps post from usa to india will not be tracked ever.. what say ? Can delivery address be changed later. What if it get lost in transit..? Then do I have to send another result from beginning ?

Hi Friends. I wanted to enquire from those who get FBI PCC extension and submitted it later on. Did you receive an acknowledgement from CIC after uploading your FBI PCC. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

It cant be tracked even with US but US address is better than the address outside the country as long as that person is not moving to different address. Some had changed the address but I wont reply on the success rate when we are dealing with govt office and when they are taking 4 months to process an application.

To avoid this issue, i rented a postbox in ups for 6 months and gave this address to fbi. ups provides address with proper street number hence no issue in using it. if possible you can try.

Application delivery date: 10-14-15
FBI CC Charged: 02-03-16
FBI Mail date: 02-08-16

I live in Indiana which is close to WV (~500 miles). Expecting delivery by Thursday...

Good luck everyone!!

Thanks for the update. How do you know when FBI mailed it? Did you call them?

Well, i am guessing USPS lost my FBI PCC because they mailed it on Jan 23 and i still haven't received it in Toronto.
There's no way it takes this long to deliver it from WV to Toronto.
Going to request them to re-send it, this time with a US address.

I mailed them @ liaison@leo.gov. The reply was:

Thank you for your inquiry,

According to the FBI's records, your request was completed and mailed out on approximately 2/8/2016. All responses are mailed through the US Postal Service First Class Mail. Please allow standard mailing time to receive the response.

Alright, I just got off the helpline, and as of today, they are processing applications received from October 15 through to the 20th. My own application, which was submitted on November 13 at the PO Box, has about three to four weeks left before it can be processed. In all cases, it is unlikely to be here before I submit my application, but at the very least I now have a timeframe for myself.

Same here, mine was delivered on Nov 6. I guess what I can do is to provide proof of delivery and to write a letter of explanation to request extension for the upload of PCC. Good luck to you man~

Yep, it's what I will have to do myself. I think the fact that I have also already declined an ITA once before because I did not have the PCCs in hand, and that I have stretched my second ITA to the last week before I applied, will strengthen my case somewhat as well.

Finally received the FBI history summary after 4 months of wait..

Sent out from Singapore: 23rd Sept 2015
Received by FBI: 2nd Oct 2015
Request processed: 26th Jan 2016
Received in Singapore: 10 Feb 2016

Hi, congrats for receiving this much awaited document.
Looks like you are applying from Singapore -- me too. Here is hoping that you will have fast movements on your application soon.
One question: did you have your fingerprints done at the COC office of the Police Cantonment Complex? There was no issue with the fingerprint card, right? (and how many copy did you include in the application?).
Best!

Hi. What do we need to do to ask fbi to resend the report if first one mailed are not received..

Yes I did the fingerprinting at cantonment complex. If I don't remember wrongly it is 15 sgd for a set of fingerprints. The Fingerprinting card I just printed off the net, can be on better quality paper or just on regular paper. I included two sets inside, just in case what isn't up to standards.

All the best.

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I already submitted my FBI request -- the package arrived on Nov 3. However, I included only 1 set of fingerprint impressions.
After reading about stories of rejection, I panicked a little, and sent another set of application to FBI early January.
Here is hoping that the first application was fine.
