Help! My application was received by fbi on june 5th by a certain jenkins.I was expecting credit card charging to be done since last week but none so we called to ask my status. The person who received my call said he couldn't find my name....what is that? And he said that i will call after a week?

Anyone who has been in a similar situation? What can be done for this ? Thanks in advance for any answers.

Hi Quina, the only way to know if your file arrived to FBI is with the tracking number of your courier. From that date you will have to wait at least about 9 weeks to know anything about your process. You can call (304) 625-2000 but if you call right now they will not give you any information.

You can expect your report back in 13 weeks + shipping time, so be patience... and you dont need any track number, once is past week 9, you call and give your name and thats all.

My question: If my credit card gets charged, does that mean my fingerprints are readable and accepted? If not, will they inform me in some way that my fingerprints are rejected and when will they do that? Or I have to call them to find out?

I was on the same situation as you. What I did was to wait one week since credit card charged and then I called to FBI to know if my fingerprints were accepted.

Give FBI a call about the 25th of Sept. 2015. With the current trend, the whole process shouldn't take more than 12 week, all things being equal.
