Correct as hotshot007 said. The Apr 13th application's pcc received today to US address. So to reach your country you need to give another 2-3 weeks time. But to get an idea of prints acceptance please do call them at 304-625-5590 so that you can have some mental peace till you receive your report.

I had put down a US address of my friend for fast shipment. But as of they have not received it. I'll call them. Thanks!

I think there are few days delay sometimes even if the applications reach on same day.
April 03 Application reached on 27th but Apr 06th application reached on 24th even though the credit card was charged the same day. For Apr 10th application, it should be on the way by today or early next week (holiday might delay a bit).
Good luck, hoping your print got accepted.
Ya its tension till we see the report.
I will know on my waiting game in the next 2 weeks as i sent mine on May01.

No you don't. They will just send it by regular mail.

It looks like they send it through regular mail only for most of them whoever posted here. But not sure if someone sent an return envelope and they did not use.
I will know in 3 weeks as I still sent it but dont know if its going to be useful spending paid express envelope.

Opening: Apr 22
Processing: Apr 20. They initially said they are processing Apr 22nd then i asked for more detail on which day opening and stuff he said the same date and later said they are completing 20th. not sure on this date. Let us see what they update tomorrow.

My timeline is:
14 April - Received by the FBI
19 June - CC charged
6 July - Report Mailed.

I just called the FBI today and they said that the report got mailed. I just want to know if that means that my fingerprints were accepted or I could still get a rejection letter on my mail?
I applied from out of the country and I am super worried about fingerprint rejections as I feel like I will be asked to provided that PC really soon!

You would have asked that question to them during your last call. They would have answered. They are telling if it was accepted. You can call and ask again today or call them tomorrow to know.

CC Charged : June 16th
Received FBI Clearance to US address : July 4th
