I replied to your PM. Essentially do NOT do both (fax and mail). My "decline letter" specifically said this. My suggestion would be to use the above fax number as it is much quicker (i.e. just fax the new form and letter - otherwise it will confuse them).

We can order but it will take 3+ months (if everything goes well at fbi on the processing time within 2+ months and accepting fingerprints). So its better you send them detail about the courier you sent and the copy of that pcc and request them to waive that request. They might have missed updating in your file.

Also if you are ok to spend little more money then proceed in applying soon to fbi and dont wait for their reply as we dont know what will be their reply - this is just for precaution and a backup plan.

Last week I have emailed CCI all details.. but still havent got any reply...
Even I called FBI regarding issuing duplicate copy which they denied to give... so will hve to undergo thru that progress again.. ??? .. again will have to 4 months..

No. That means that they have charged your credit card only. It takes about a week or two for them to run your prints and only then will you know if the prints have been accepted.

While comparing to similar timeline posted earlier, it looks like they accumulate the applications and process. Dont know the full criteria...

Application for PCC was received by FBI on April 03, 2015
CC payment was Processed on June 16, 2015
FBI Mailed PCC on June 22, 2015

no harm in calling to confirm that fingerprints were accepted and confirm it was mailed out.

Internationally it can take 14 days/2 weeks so could be in transit.

Correct as hotshot007 said. The Apr 13th application's pcc received today to US address. So to reach your country you need to give another 2-3 weeks time. But to get an idea of prints acceptance please do call them at 304-625-5590 so that you can have some mental peace till you receive your report.
