Hello all,

My application reached to FBI on 2nd Feb,2015
I gave my Indian mailing address to get my results, but usually it take long to deliver to India. Is there any way that i can change my mailing address to US or Canada?

Yes! Go to FBI site, download the change address request form, fill, print and sign. Then scan and send it to FBI support email.

I am on the same boat. Deadline was Feb 16, sent all docs (State PCCs + My home country PCCs) and no response.

I assume since they did not reply is a way of saying "we are waiting". Application is still In Process. So, I guess it's normal.

I am on the same boat. I have sent them two emails well ahead of my deadline but they have replied to me. I am also assuming its normal. I have been checking ECAS it is saying that my application is in in process and I have got the third line update already.

I just called the FBI and they told me that they are processing up to 25th November applications, mine was received on December 4th so the lady told me to call back in a week or two.

Hi, my application reached FBI on 12th December. They charged my CC yesterday, 5th March. Hope this helps.

my 3rd request (first 2 all rejected due to fingerprint quality) reached FBI on Dec 16th, and just got my CC charged today (March 6)...hope I could get through this time... :'(

Dear Friends With the Blessings of Sai Baba I have received the PER today.

Can any expert please tell me the following:
1) There was no column to choose the Visa Office in the application form so I could not select a visa office .The PER mail also does not tell me about which Visa office my application will be sent to ?? How and when will I know about my Visa office ?

2) Seniors I have not yet applied for a Police clearance Certificate. I am in US currently Is It a good time to apply for a Police clearance certificate ?

3) What will be the next steps going forward?

FBI PCC application reached them on Nov 3, processed on Feb 17, mailed out by FBI on Feb 19 and received in India on Mar 7.

Congrats RS12 on getting the PER.
1. Your VO is decided based on the country you applied. Basically nationality
2. Yes a good time to apply for PCC. FBI is taking 14-16 weeks. So if US PCC is on card you should start.
3. Next step is file transfers to your VO. And then they send MR.
In the mean time VO will also start your background checks
