Within a day your fingerprints will be processed and report will be ready for dispatch. Better to call them 2 days after card charge to confirm these.aircanada said:How long does it take for the process to be complete once they charge cards?
They are very fast. I have applied from Chicago, and i have got it in 4 days. Call them up and follow up.rebelhero said:Hi Guys,
I know this forum is for FBI PCC which I have recently applied so I shouldn't be expecting it until September.
And I have also applied for Indian PCC through CGI(Consulate General of India) Houston 10 days back but I haven't heard from them yet. I didn't try calling as it would go in vain. Did anyone apply for a PCC at a consulate in US? And how long did it take to get the PCC?
Thanks
Sorry to hear that kg_canada. Did they specify what the issue was with the prints? I have heard some other folks for whom similar stuff has happened, and wondering how to ensure it doesn't happen next time around?kg_canada said:My fingerprints were approved(main applicant) but my wife's were rejected. Anyone knows if CIC would proceed until we receive hers or would they not (meaning we have to wait for hers until any progress happens)?
I am sorry about this, it happened to me too. Though I had sent another print a few weeks before the rejection came, so I wrote a nice email appealing for expedition. Of course they initially refused, but I was persistent and it was eventually granted. I advise she should get 2-3 prints from a professional and mail it in. After it has been delivered, send an email and explain the situation, include that your PR application has been delayed so much by this. CIC requires PCC from both applicants, so maybe they will progress with the other checks, but no final decision will be made till the report is received.kg_canada said:My fingerprints were approved(main applicant) but my wife's were rejected.
