Unfortunately NO. It is sent as USPS first class mail.

They do not charge until they start processing. April 6th sounds unlikely

I didn't have tracking, I sent from Toronto on March 30. (Could have reached earlier then)

My credit card takes at least a few days to reflect purchases/charges so it's not much use to check.

Does anybody who has had their prints sent to India know how long it should take for me to receive them?

I have an interesting update. I called FBI earlier and they told me they are processing 1-Apr, but opening 8-Apr. I double checked and it was 8-Apr. This seems like a significant gap between the two as typically I have seen these to be two days apart. The optimist in me hopes that there were not too many applications between 1st and 8th, and this may mean we will see processing speed go up a little. Is this a right interpretation of the data?

hmmmthat's really interesting mine was received on the 6th. I guess they either put the applications that were received on the days between with other dates.

Call FBI. Probably they will ask you to pay for a duplicate copy.
