maybe your card does not show the pending transactions. plus the last three days were holidays. your bank may take longer to process the charges

I got my FBI Check today Receiver by FBI on July 16th. Sent report on October 6th, received in BC October 13th. Now to send it to CIC 8)

Thanks for all the advise and help you have given in this forum. I got an FBI request from CIC and was told to upload prove that i have applied for the certificate if I dont have it.

My issue is to upload my prove that I mailed out a request to FBI office, I need to first put in the FBI document number, date of issue and date of expiration. This I do not have as the document have not been issues yet, can i put 0000 for document number and todays day for issue day and expiration day?

Hi! You can just upload ur tracking number provided by the courier . Hope that helps...

I have been calling since Tuesday. Each time I was told they are opening July 27th but cannot find me in the database. Mine was supposed to be delivered 27th. This is driving me crazy. As the USPS tracking indicated it was delivered late August after I called and questioned as the shipping date is July 23. And I used 3-day shipping. I was told by the mail man that it was delivered July 27th and he just forgot to update it in the system. The FBI rep. said he can only confirm receiving my application if he can locate me in the system, which is after they open the package. If they keep this pace, I wonder if it is gonna be 4,5 months in the feature to get the PCC as there are too many unprocessed applications. So for those who are in the US and has not received invitation, get prepared early.

My app got delivered in FBI on July 24th, FBI agent still unable to find me in database. I have been calling them from Tuesday on wards and they keep on saying they are opening July 27th and processing July 24th.
My card is not charged yet ..

Looking at the current processing times, I would say not before November 3rd week. They are opening July 27th packages as of today.

You can submit the proof that you had applied for FBI PCC , and ask for extension, i did the same way .


But to get the doc before the deadline is the issue . If your application for PCC gets rejected by FBI , you have to spend another 3 months for new one . So its up to you to decide whether to go ahead with out FBI report.
