FBI PCC

Hi All,
Do you guys know what is the current processing date?
I have called the FBI today and the agent told me that they can only tell me my file number if they started processing my application.
I have submitted my application on 20th October
I have used UPS to deliver it and I did find a confirmation that someone at FBI received my application.
Not sure why is it taking so long for them to process.... :-[ :-[ :-[

Do you have to pay again now your FP's were rejected for the first time?

CC charge is done prior to them processing the fingerprints. In my case, the CC was charged, and then fingerprints rejected for not being correct. I had to retake fingerprints and send for FBI PCC. Now will have to wait for 11+ weeks to hear back and see if these prints worked.

Yes, I had to pay the $18 fee again. Hope that this set of fingerprints clears their process, but I wouldn't know before the 12 week date is over

This is just bizarre. I mean first you made someone wait for 12 weeks to get a report, and if fingerprint doesn't work - they should be issued a rain check. On the hindsigh, you're asking that person to pay and wait again. Atrocious..!

Thanks for sharing the details. But did you ever trying to call the call center on Nov 17th ?? What reply they used to give ?

Your time lines show they are past sep 18th now.

Wow, Pharm. Looks like I have to call them first thing this morning. I sent it on September 15 and received date is September 19. They should have my status in that case then. Hope this is not channeler report you are referring to.

I called them on November 12, 2014 but they said that it has not completed yet.

Dears,

I called FBI Customer care now. They said, my fingerprints rejected due to poor quality. After waiting for 3 months, I got this news. I got extension to submit PCC from NDVO till 21 Dec. It looks like, I need to do all again.

Any suggestion to expediete.

Wow - lucky you then. I just called them and they said its still in process and will take another 3 to 4 weeks. Not sure whats happening. I am also inside US.
