FBI PCC from India

I had a query around FBI PCC process from India. The payment options for FBI fee are :
Option 1: Pay by credit card using the Credit Card Payment Form
Option 2: Obtain a money order or certified check for $18 U.S. dollars made payable to the Treasury of the United States

#1 : Has anyone tried to make this payment with an Indian credit card and confirm it works
#2 : Or ,else what is the process to make a money order or certified check from India

credit card works very well. I used mine and got through. The strange think is that they charge without CVV and OTP. You just provide card number, card holder name and expiration date. There is no option to give CVV on credit card form so don't give it.
