FBI PCC fingerprint status request

Hi Friends just called the FBI and they said they are opening packages now for April 14th.I have a question since my application was recieved on April 15th they called me to call next week.We are also sending a second set of fingerprints just in case.My question is if the fingerprints are rejected and the ITA comes what do we do in that case.Any suggestions?

Decline ITA and re-enter Express Enrty system

Apply at the very end (60 days) after ITA and submit proof of submission to FBI and explanatory letter.
