Hi,
I wanted to see where exactly or how do we request an extension for Police Clearance Certificate from FBI?

Does this go in the Letter of Explanation or somewhere else?

Have you applied for the FBI PCC yet? If so, attach any documentation you have for it to your application and indicate in the LoE that due to the delay of processing by the FBI, you don't have it.

That being said, have you submitted your PR application yet? If not, I would hold off as long as possible to submit the application, in case you happen to get the PCC before the 90 days are up.

I already have some change in profile that I am explaining in LoE.

I entered my start date wrong in the initial EE profile (had August 2013 instead of July 2013), and also am no longer claiming relatives in Canada (b/c they have had a prolonged stay outside of Canada now, b/c of marriage/personal reasons)

Is it ok if i have several issues I am clearing up in the LoE? Feel like so much stuff wrong in 1 application :(
Wouldn't that frustrate the immigration officer?

Nah, you'll be fine. In my LoE, I covered travel, education, work and proof of funds in a 2 1/2 page letter (plus attachments). CIC seems to have no issue with it.
