FBI Finger Printing question

Hi, all

I went to the local police station here in massachusetts ,but they said they do not fingerprint for immigration purposes.

i have Downloaded the cover letter and fingerprinting card from the FBI website.

can anyone help me out where and how to get the fingerprinting done.

pls let me know more details of the places that do finger printing for Canadian immigration.
