FBI criminal check from outside the USA

Anyone willing to share some info on how to get the criminal check when you are outside the USA?

I did one sometime ago when i was in the USA. CIC deemed it not good since i got the clearance when i was in the US and want a new one done since i am outside the US now

Best you get a professional to take the fingerprints because he/she needs to sign. You can print the card but in my case i bought it on amazon. Also search on google omfor how to complete the form. They use a lot of short codes. Then when done, use courier to send it. I got mine within 3days of them receiving my fingerprints
