Hey guys I'm glad to hear from other people FBI request timeline, I sent my package to the FBI on March 16th and it was received on March 18th I'm hoping to get it by mid April if everything goes according to plan, I sent a money order so I would probably call Canada post later this week to check if the money order has been cashed

Good to know that you are applied almost same as mine. I sent my application on 17th March. Let me know when your draft is negotiated or when you receive the certificate.

I had ordered mine as a backup just in case (had sent one with my application in July 2013 as well).

Had mailed in States on Feb 27th, credit card was charged on Mar 11th. Fingerprints checked on Mar 14th. Letter posted on Mar 24th. Received it in New West, BC today, Mar 31st.

Hope this helps. So basically got it within 35 days (including mailing time both ways)..

You will get yours soon. I think if you give your States SSN, it comes a bit quicker. I could be wrong though.. Just what I observed on mine timeline. Both times it was less than 40 days and I provided SSN on the form.

Well, they are very clear in their website they post the letter only through USPS first class email, for india it takes around 2 weeks. Good luck.

You can only know when you receive it. It has dates on it, about when they did the background check & date the letter was written (for some reason mine had a 10 day gap between checking & writing it).

I sent the application March 7, 2014 and they received it March 13. Credit card was charged March 25. The thing is I paid for 2 copies each for me and my husband. I was expecting to be charged USD80+ but was charged $41.35 only. Will post it here when I receive it.

$41 dollars sounds about right, its $18 CAD $20 and change USD so for two sounds smack on. Just called Canada post to check on my money order, it hasnt been cashed yet probably money orders takes longer to cash anyways keep us posted iamelle and good luck bud

Has anybody received the FBI certificate lately. I just called the fbi customer service to check on something ai while I got the agent on the line I asked them how much longer and he said that its almost complete and they will be sending it to me very soon
