Hello folks,

I got my FBI clearance on April 5th and traveled to India for a family visit between April 8th and May 2nd. From what I read, I don't need to get another FBI clearance, since US is my country of residence (and has been for last 10 years)

In my travel history, I have filled all my trip including the visit to India recently.

Appreciate any inputs

Thanks.

Seniors, folks. Appreciate any inputs. I am racing against time. Wife's IELTS expire on June 2nd. Rest all is done.

You understood correctly.
PCC for country of residence needs to have been issued no more than 6 months before the actual date of PR application submission.
For all other countries where you previously lived, PCC needs to have been issued after the last time you lived there for 6 months or more.
