FBI Channeler Recommendation

Hello,

We've been asked to provide a USA Police Certificate by the end of the November. My wife, an American citizen, has sent in her finger prints to the FBI and is expecting to get her certificate the last week in November. We'd prefer to not take the risk of not getting the document before our dead line and are thinking of using a channeler, unfortunately we can't find and approved one in Nebraska.

Has anyone mailed their finger prints to a channeler?
Does anyone have any recommendations for one from the approved list that was good to work with?
