FBI Background Check Processing Times

Hi - I've submitted my FBI Background check on Sep 23rd, 2016 and noticed that fees was deducted on my credit card on Nov 9th. Can I expect to receive the report in next few days? (read online that it takes 72 hours after they start processing). Or is it 12-14 weeks of processing after they deduct the fees? Really confused.

My experience (having gone through the process with the FBI twice now) is that it was 12-14 weeks from when I sent the request to when I got the final background check report. Granted, I'm in the US and sent it 1 day priority, so depending on your location I'd add in a little time for international mail.
