Fast process for PR application ! from AOR to PPR

Hello Folks!
Please share your time line, if you are the one whose process from AOR to PPR is very fast like within a month or 6-8 week.
I request you to share your timeline for others to get rid off some worries
There are many who gets PPR within 2-3 weeks as well, if you know anyone of them please tell us here.

Passport sent via vfs on 27 Oct but still havnt received it back
Still waiting and tracking vfs many times a day still status showing is processing

Got Invitation in September.
Submitted documents at the end of September.
Got request on October 4th to fill and submit additional form.
Medical passed on October 9th.
Got passport request on October 23rd.
Final Approval on November 6th

9 days from AOR to PPR. Schedule A request on the next day after AOR, I uploaded that a week later, PPR the day after I uploaded Schedule A.

Of course, this was my 2nd EE application after the 1st one was refused on a POF technicality almost 15 weeks after that AOR.

I have got an schedule A form request. I need some advice on how to fill this form. On page of this form at the bottom it asks that it needs to be signed by a Canadian government official. Has anyone done it before?

Fill the rest of the form (except for that last section), print, sign where required, scan and upload.
