my husband's score is 366...While going through dis forum I read that we can increase d score by adding spouse WES and ielts results. Is it true ?another qn is do we need to apply again to add these details or can we add to the existing profile...pls do reply...wwaiting for ur advice. ..thank you...

This is true. You can go for IELTS and WES ECA and get points for it. And for sure you can add them to your existing application. Good luck.

hello, i had applied for express entry and i include my husband. but his work permit is expiring this june 25, 2015. what do i need to do? because i mentioned that he had a valid work permit here or a job offer. how can i renew? it is via open work permit? of the bridging open work permit? extension of work permit? he's from nepal actually. i heard that there are some precautionary measures for those whose family are way back at nepal. his family is one of the victims. they dont have house to live but only the tent /...please advise

I was creating my profile on WES for ECA but had an issue:
All my educational documents were issued under my surname as Jay Singh (Singh being the surname)
But now my current passport has my full surname as Jay Singh Arora (Surname)

How should I apply for ECA on WES

with the old surname (Jay Singh) as on my educational documents.
OR
should I apply with my current Surname (Jay Singh Arora) on passport.

My mind says that I should go with my current surname but I hope WES dont ask for more documentation regarding this.

Hello all,

I need help please. I have a masters degree from Canada. However my bachelors is not from Canada.
My question is If I am attaching my bachelors degree as well, do I need to get an ECA for it or not. OR
Should I just remove and only go with masters?

I entered Not given in the first name column then it is showing NOT GIVEN along my name.Please do let me know if anybody knows this.

I had similar issue apply aply as what is in your passport..include your old name 'in were you known as something else field' they didn't asked me for any additional doc

Can anybody please let me know how and who can come under PN? If I want to apply under Express Entry how can I get 600 score by PN?

I was reading on cic website and I saw a line written there "be nominated by a specific Canadian province or territory".

I am not sure about PN means for Alberta. I hope someone definitely know the answer.

AINP is for the people who have a job offer with LMIA with an employer in Canada. Otherwise it is not possible to get Provincial Nomination this time
