Hi

Does the previous visas held make any differnce in process.....? I had two visas of canada and many other for diffrent countries.

Can it be the reason for such a long delay....?

Hi All,

I have an urgent querry -- we have sent the application in Oct 2010 and now have received the file number, however meanwhile my passport got damaged and I requested for a new passport. I have now a new passport with me along with the old one which has been canceled now. So the passport number on the application file is not same as my current(new) passport number now. Do we need to update the change in passport number now or when it asked by CHC?

Thanks in Advance

hello!

from my experience, when the VO requested for our supporting documents, i submitted the new passport numbers for myself, my husband and one child and attached a letter explaining the changes in my application information... i did not encounter any issues on it and is now waiting for our passports with our visas... keep in mind, if you alter any information in your application, make sure to attach a letter explaining the changes to avoid any delays in your processing...

goodluck!

Hello all!

I'm new on this forum, i have been reading you since several days.

I intend to send my application next month to the CIO. I passed the IELTS in december, but i didn't take all the points i needed for the application. So i'm preparing for TEF now. and i have one question for those who dealt with it: i intend to take only the compulsory test, including Reading comprehension and Listening comprehension, because i need only 3 more points (a medium score and a basic one). It is necessary to take all full test (+ writing + speaking) or they will point me with 0 at these tests?

Thank you

Thanks for the information, it was very helpful.

Cheers!!

PER is positive eligibility review. it usually takes 4 months to get PER.
If your application is complete, job duties are ok and score 67 points, only then CIO will issue PER
If your application is notcomplete/job duties are not ok and fail toscore 67 points, then CIO will issue NER (Negative eligibilty review.....rejection :(

Thanks

hi
plz tell me what will happend after the bank draft encashed in CIO.
thanks
You will either get PER (postivie eligibility review) or NER(negetive eligibility review)
CIO will issue PER if they find out your score is equal or above 67
CIO will issue NER if they find out your score is below 67(NER means rejection of your application)
Usually it takes approximately 4 months to get either PER or NER

1.You must send both notarized photocoy of contrct letter in hindi and in english translation. We all send affidavit so it is wise to do the same.
2. All forms are the same. send only one copy of all forms.
3. follow the instruction given in ND VO checklist regarding passport pages.
PM anil regarding passport pages, he knows better.

When spouse is filling out the Additional family information form spouse must write down his/her name in the box provided for "Applicant" & principal applicants name should be written in the box for "Spouse".Spouse must write his/her own father's/mothers/sister's etc name

Hope that helps.
