HOPE YOU ALL ARE DOING WELL.I JOINED THIS BLOG RECENTLY.I WAS FOLLOWING THE POSTS.THEY HAVE BEEN REALLY HELPFUL.I WILL BE GREATFUL IF YOU ADVISE ME. Friends I have a couple of questions firstly if you were refused in the first application does it mean if you reapply there is a weak chance to be approve? Secondly, if i will be out of the country where im presently working ( Saudi Arabia) do i still need to present the PCC or no longer needed once i reapplied?Thanks for taking a loo on my post

buddy , u can reapply provided the NOC limit is not over, u need to submit the PCC of all coutries u have lived more than 6 months from the age of 18. so even if you are not in saudi now, if u have worked there 6 months or more, u Have to send the PCC in later stage.

How to get the PCC from Saudi Arabia. Is it from the local police or from the Indian embassy there?

how about if the spouse is the main applicant in my next apply..? bdaway, at what part of the process will we send the PCC in the new system all documents pass?or it is ideal to pass PCC only if you are accepted.please give me an idea.

I have some questions on the Self-Assessment Criteria
Education:
-Years : what does this mean?
-Completion of ONE/TWO post-secondary program of at least two yrs each - what does this mean? Im Vietnamese.but i graduated in United States with 1 Associate in Science degree (3yrs college) and 1 Bachelor degree (University). Am I qualify for TWO post-secondary program of at least two yrs each?

Language Ability:
My IELTS is 6.5, will my points will be scored base on my total or on each skill (written, listening, speaking, reading)?

You got maximum points for FSW as you are under 49 yrs, but from 26 July 2012 based on new regulation probably you will lost your chance for age.
