So you are a PR or citizen? Are you in Canada now? You want to sponsor your wife and dependant children under 22. Takes about a year.

Wait for the announcement of the 2022 PGP (Parents and Grand Parents Sponsorship).
If it's similar to last few years, it will be on a lottery system. You need to have 3 years of income that exceed the LICO that IRCC posted for your family size + sponsored parents' family size.

Just to add - Family size includes everyone in your family including children under 22 and your parents. You need to meet LICO for 3 years consecutively. This is on your NOAs from CRA. If you don't meet one year of the three you are not eligible so 2019, 2020, 2021.
