The brother can only sponsor the sister if he meets all of the following requirements:

- he is not married or common law
- has no children
- both of his parents are no longer alive
- he has no family members in Canada

Hi,

Then what is the other way to sponser. If someone is married then he or she can not sponser their family member (eg. brother or sister).

If he want to sponser then what is the way for this and we are taking about (Other Relative Sponsership)which comes under Family Sponsership.

If i want to apply in FSW not in Express Entry because our total point is 390 and scoring would not come down then can i apply in FSW, So that our application can be considered under FSW only.

Again, the brother cannot sponsor his sister under the Other Relative Sponsorship class. He doesn't qualify.

You can't apply for FSW without Express Entry. FSW and Express Entry are now one program. If you only have 390 points, this is far too low to apply under FSW - you aren't going to be selected.

You need to either increase your score - or look into applying under the Provincial Nominee programs. If you have questions about the provincial programs - you need to post them in the Provincial Nomination section of the forum.
