Hi everyone
I have applied for spousal permanent residence inland application in June 2024. Everything was smooth till now . But now I got an mail that says I need medical and police clearance in Canada but I did not receive any email regarding this not even a referral for medical . It’s been 22 days now they send me the mail . What should I do pls help .

did you get a physical letter (the one that delivered into your mailbox)? can you share more details on it? what is current status in your tracker?

Sorry if you confused about it. Yes I got a letter in my mail box that letter has a date mentioned 1 October 2024 when they sent it to me .

did you get any notes in GCKey tracker?
did the letter tell you how to submit those documents?
if you're still not sure what to do i would suggest to call to IRCC to clarify it with them

I did not get any instructions in my email or my portal . It was just a letter that inform me that I need a medical . I was hopping that they will send me referrals in my email after that latter but still waiting .

Check your spam box. Most of the time when people don't think they received an email, it's because it ended up in the spam folder.
