It is very hard to get permission to hire family because so many people abused the system as a way to get around the traditional immigration requirements. Does your sister have formal training/education as a nanny which is required?

Hello everybody, is it possible for my mom to apply for super visa if l am living in windsor Canada, but l work in U.S. My proof of income is from U.S.
I just got my PR by the way.

Others can correct me, but I’m pretty sure that the income requirement is specifically Canadian income. Not sure if US income would count. I know that for parent sponsorship the LICO requirement is specifically Canadian income. I’m assuming the LICO requirement for a supervisa is the same.

It should be ok. Income just needs to be earned while living in Canada.

General rule is here, which I think would also apply to supervisa: https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/resources/manuals/ip/ip02-eng.pdf
5.31. Exceptions to Canadian income rule
The exceptions to the Canadian income rule are as follows: • sponsors who commute from Canada to work in the U.S.A. can use their U.S. employment income provided it is declared as income on their Canadian income tax return;
