Do you have friends and family in Greater Toronto Area? Possible job location? Transit requirement? Child Care? School? (Bear in mind the school academic year starts this September), budget? Short term or long term accommodation?
There are several factors before any one can help you suggest a location as in GTA there is a home for everyone.
Having said, in terms of rent Toronto would be the most expensive then Mississauga and then Brampton East and the Brampton West. Again the rental varies within each of the cities.
