Hello. I have got a question about compliting the application "Family information". If one of the parents is dead, how to write about it?
What should I write in boxes "Present occupation" and "Marital status"?
Thank you.

Deceased in present occupation and marital status for the individual who has passed away.

Widowed in marital status for the parent who is still alive.

Should I write that the person, who passed away is married, if her marital status was married in the day she was died?

While she may consider herself 'married' legally in Canada, she is 'widowed.'

For the person who is dead: you can write 'married'. For that person's wife, if she is still alive and has not remarried, write 'widow'. If the person who is still alive is the husband, write 'widower'.
