Hi All,

I am applying for visitor visa for my parents and my question is regarding the Family Information form IMM5645e.

Is it mandatory to list all my parent's siblings and their DOB's on this form ?

Yes, it is. It could be considered as misrepresentation/not declaring the complete facts if all siblings are not mentioned.

If your parents don't know the birth dates of their siblings then enter an '*' (asterisk) for each unknown date/month
