Family information and the fees

Hi

I would like to ask you about filling out the family information in TRV application because I actually got stuck because my siblings are 10 and the spaces in the application can fit up to 7 names. What should I do in this situation?

And help me please how to pay the fees

As for the fees, if you are in pakistan you will pay through Standard Chartered Bank.

The fee per person is $150 for a multiple entry visa, $75 for a single entry visa, or $400 for a family (multiple or single entry).

Yes, get a copy of the same page where u hve to fill out the sibling information and attach it along with your application.

Well, if you are in US you will need to apply to a Canadian consulate/embassy near your city. You need to be have some kind of a status to apply for visa from US. Normally if you have a visitor's visa in the US you will have to apply from your home country.
