hi dear ,
I am new in this forum . I just wanna ask which form will be for family class . My wife is in Canada and I am in Pakistan. Someone said visit the complete guide 5289 imm . One more thing I came from uk after 5 year I didn’t get any degree or diploma from uk .shall I mention the period of uk or not . If I mention the period of United Kingdom may be trouble for me bcoz I didn’t get any degree or diploma from uk . I was student in uk . I came in January 2017, I got married with Canadian girl . She came back 3 months ago . Plz help me

you have to be honest with cic because uk and canada shares information if you do not tell them its misrepresentation

If you fail to mention the time you spent in the UK, expect your application to be refused for misrepresentation (lying in your application) and to be banned from Canada for five years. You need to be honest in the application.

Why would you not mention it? Were you always in the UK legally?

Regardless you can't leave it out of your personal history as there are big penalties if your'e found to be lyiing on an immigration application,

Bcoz I was overstayed in uk . Our college was closed and awarding body ran away .
