I have submitted the PR Spousal application on Jan 19th 2024, but so far no reply. Not sure what to do. Is there any way to get at-least the eligibility completed so that i will have at-least open work permit to work. Can someone help with this?

-->Spousal PR application(Outland applied from India ) submission date January 19th 2024
-->Received a mail that my application transferred to New-Delhi (india)
-->We got AOR in Feb'2024, Medicals and biometric are done in Feb.
-->Applied Open work permit(inland) in July 27th 2024

Below is the my Current Spousal PR application status (today date: January 26th 2025)
Eligibility: Not started
Background: In progress
Medical and Biometrics : Completed

**Open work permit is still in progress.

**Current processing time of Spousal PR is 10 months & Current Processing time of Open work permit is 135 days.
-->My Spousal PR application time already crossed the average processing time and it is now in to 13th month from the date of submission.
-->My Open work permit time already crossed the average processing time and it is now around 180 days from the date of submission.
Does GCMS indicate any interview request. Any potential red flags in your spouse’s history? How much time have you spent in person together?

Order GCMS notes. Did you date in person from April 2023 until November 2023 when you got married? What country of citizenship of your spouse? Still not unusual processing times especially in some parts of the world.

yes we provided all the date history(before marriage) to ircc as a proof, and we married in november 2023(we also provided all the details of our marriage along with marriage certificate etc)
What country of citizenship of your spouse? - India
should i raise GCMS? and what does it make difference as i already knew the status(through webform) as its still in initial review with IRCC.
