Little confused here after reading all the rules of Family Class - if I am a permanent resident, can I sponsor my sister to come to Canada if she's not an orphan but parents are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents? It's pretty clear on spouses and common-law partners but no so much on siblings, not to me at least...

If your parents and grandparents are alive then you can’t sponsor her. If she is under 22, you can try and enter the lottery and sponsor your parents with her as a dependant. If over 22, she immigrates on her own merits.

If she is your sister, then you and her share AT LEAST 1 parent. If your parents/grandparents are alive, you cannot sponsor her. Doesn't matter if parents are Canadian or not.

If she is under 22 and single, then you could try to sponsor her when you sponsor your parents.

Una consulta, cuando se recibe los documentos quien lo recibe quien firma, en mi soporte de entrega de DHL dice un nombre JAMIE y una firma CRSS nada más..... quien me ayuda indicando como ustedes recibieron la evidencia de la entrega de documentos físicos.. gracias

If your delivery company provides this info, what you got (a name and possibly some number) is about all you will get - it's the name of the person who signed it when it was delivered. All seems in order.

(If I understood your question fully, my spanish is not great)
