i'm 20 years old but when i'm 19 years old our application letter arrive in august 2013 will be something wrong for my dependent case if i should stop my study right now will the immigration ask to my school if i'm still studying?.. a need some advice.. No, they will not speak to your school. You are a Type A dependent; your school status has no bearing on the application. As scylla said, the only restriction is that you cannot become common-law or get married.renzz29 said:

my niece was sponsored by my sister as her dependent child, she's done with medical and passport was requested....then they asked for her updated school records... and before that, they phoned her school registrar to verify if she is full time student... that's the story I can share....
