i'm 20 years old but when i'm 19 years old our application letter arrive in august 2013 will be something wrong for my dependent case if i should stop my study right now will the immigration ask to my school if i'm still studying?.. a need some advice.. We've just finish our medical last day July 3 2014. God bless to all . Pinoy po ako from ilo-ilo city

renzz29 - You can stop studying and still be classified as a dependent. However you cannot get married or become common law.

magtanung lang po sana ako about advisory on marriage...2 marriages po ang nag appear sa advisory on marriage ng father ko but the first one ay wala na way 1987 pa..magkakaprob po ba ito sa pagpas?what possible solutions po ang dapat gawin? tnx in advance po!

No, they will not speak to your school. You are a Type A dependent; your school status has no bearing on the application. As scylla said, the only restriction is that you cannot become common-law or get married.
 
HI i just have question guys,if the CEM already request for our passport is there still a possibility of refusal???what are the chances that the application wil be refused? thank you

Type A is a dependent under the age of 22 when the application was submitted and single.

No idea how long you'll still be waiting.
 
my niece was sponsored by my sister as her dependent child, she's done with medical and passport was requested....then they asked for her updated school records... and before that, they phoned her school registrar to verify if she is full time student... that's the story I can share....

how old is your nice when she's sponsored by your sister? i think we have a different cases. but thank you for the info.. i've enrolled 14 units right now right now. you are in canada right now cherryblossoms?
