Family class Sponsorship - spouse living outside canada -police certificates

Hi, I am a permanent resident in AB Canada.

CiC does not require police certificates upon sending all the forms required and was told we will be contacted once they need it. My wife is filipino who had lived for more than 6 months in Doha, Qatar. she already took police clearance before she left in march 2016 and she have police clearance from philippines.

Does she needs another police clearance from Qatar or the one she took before she left Qatar is okay? Also,

Who will be contacted to submit police clearance in the future? Sponsor, applicant or both? We are planning to put all other requirements together, should we take care of our own clearances?

You can still send them with the application, or wait and upload them when you get AOR. Her Quatar certificate is still good. They don't expire if the person has not lived there since it was issued.

Thank you for the response. So my wife who is in the Philippines needs to handle it if we are not sending it along with other forms. So she can send If they requested for it.

Certified copy of URDU Nikaah Naama, its certified english translation along with an Affidavit of true translation from the translator certifying their command over both English and Urdu languages. (thats what we sent). I got the Nikkah nama copy and the english translation notarized and attested by a Notary Publick.
