I am an EU resident currently visiting my spouse (visiting visa) who is CanadIan. We want to apply for the spousal sponsorship and wondered the best option.
1. should we apply OUTLAND since I am only visiting, OR
2. Should we apply INLAND
if applying inland will I need to extend my visiting visa?
if applying Outland can I remain in Canada with my spouse during The process and return home w/o overstaying my visa?
This is all very confusing. Any ideas or experience will be appreciated.
