Fall 2017 study permit delayed

Hi all,
hope u all are doing good. I am a student applied for Fall 2017 study permit. i have not recieved any respose from them. I have had my NZ study permit application refused earlier. my ques is that, i have mentioned the refusal id and reference of theNZ Visa in my canadian study permit application however havenot attached the letter by itself. will there be any issue because of this?
I hav applied on 24th july 2017 and is yet to turn up. still status on online linked pplicn shows in-progress. can some one help me out please

Processing times depend on where you did apply from, what are the processing times of your country?

Actually it is 7 weeks in india. but i am now in to 5th week and my class is beginning on 5th september. i have read many threads tht say medical is the first followed by that ressult. but in my case the medical also is not yet passed. have any idea when the medicals woudl be considered??

also. if i were to defer my course for later term would i need to inform the change to the VISA officer??

When did you do the medical? you won't get the decision without the medical passed.

i submitted the VISA application along with the e-medicals number shared to me by the doctor.
