failing to payment through credit card . they tried to charged

Dear All ,

Do you have any experience if they fail charge , do they notify before sending ? . I got call from credit card authorization center that CIC is trying to debit my account . As I did a typing mistake in cvv they fail . now will they send application back or they will give me a chance to correct it . However I sent all documents again . it will reach there by 22nd December . Please share your experience . it will help me to relieve anxiety .

They called me that cIC trying to deduct money . as cvv no I gave is wrong they could not deduct . They tried two times . I requested verification center to release money but they said they can not do that unless I do give the cic correct cvv no, which is now impossible . I need their phone and fax .
Do they take time to send back the application

Really confused here, while filling the Fess form only, we need to provide correct CVV number, why are bank people asking your CVV number it was against their policy, Did you not provide the correct CVV number while filling the fess form ??

that is the problem . I did a typing mistake in cvv no .

I Understand your case ..Do you remember which CVV you gave in the application ? You can try changing your card CVV to the number you gave to CIC i am not sure if that is possible but worth a try.

I Read in forums that CIC will try to charge again with same card details in another 7 working days. Not sure if they will try in your case because u gave wrong CVV .


Hope they will consider your updated CVV once it reaches their office. Human Errors are common don't feel sorry about it happened is happened.

Hello,

I mailed my application around two months ago and I am still waiting for my card to be charged. I used a prepaid card for fees payment (Internet Card), which works almost like a credit card (Same info, limit, outstanding balance...) but I am afraid that this will cause a problem when trying to charge my money. Has anyone dealt with such an issue before ?
